I have been helping individuals overcome obstacles and live more fulfilling lives through psychotherapy for over 14 years. I customize my approach with each client to meet his or her individual needs and personality. My warmth, sincerity, and sense of humor help me convey
comfort and safety. In this way, I create an environment that promotes healing, growth, and empowerment.
I earned both my Doctorate and Master's degrees from Southern Illinois
University. In addition, I have completed additional training in adolescent psychology, couple's counseling, and coaching. I enjoy working with mood disorders, relationship issues; and professionals struggling to balance work, relationships, and parenting. I am
dedicated to helping individuals heal from past difficulties, grow as individuals, and feel empowered to fulfill their true potential.
